We are proud to announce that, after extensive field testing and fine‑tuning, our new‑generation basic driver seat assembly – the YJ03 – is now available on the market. This product embodies our engineering team’s deep understanding of off‑highway applications (loaders, excavators, tractors, and more). It retains the rugged durability our customers expect, while delivering significant improvements in adjustment precision, electrical compatibility, and vibration damping.
Why did we choose to develop the YJ03?
Because we heard directly from end‑users and OEM partners that conventional seats either have stiff, imprecise adjustments or fail to absorb shocks effectively over long shifts. So we set out to redefine a seat that is “ready to use, and easy to fine‑tune”. The YJ03 comes standard with the A02.00 safety belt, F01.00 armrest, H07.00 slide rail, and K05 headrest. What we are most proud of, however, is the integrated J03.13 suspension system (12V) – it connects directly to the vehicle’s 12V power supply, actively suppressing harsh vibrations from the chassis and significantly reducing driver fatigue.
Every adjustment range we set for the YJ03 has been repeatedly validated:
Fore/Aft Adjustment: The slide rail offers a total travel of 176mm (80mm forward, 96mm backward), with a 16mm step‑locking mechanism. We deliberately chose this stepped design because, under heavy vibration, stepless slides tend to shift; our indexed detents ensure that every setting stays rock‑solid.
Backrest Angle Adjustment: We provide a wide range of 45°±5° forward tilt and 85°±5° backward recline. Whether the driver leans forward for precise control or reclines for a short break, the backrest adapts to deliver optimal lumbar support.
Suspension Stroke and Weight Adaptability: Under maximum load, the J03.13 suspension delivers an effective stroke of 90±10mm at the highest level. Our easy‑to‑read weight adjustment dial covers a range from 50kg to 130kg – so no matter the driver’s build, the suspension can be tuned to the ideal linear vibration response.
We have also paid close attention to electrical and material details.
The power connector is the DJ7021‑6.3‑11 (white) – a proven, vibration‑resistant model that minimises the risk of loose connections and electrical faults. The entire cover is made of black PVC, which offers excellent abrasion, oil, and UV resistance. A simple wipe with a damp cloth keeps it clean, even in dusty, greasy work environments.

Because the YJ03 involves complex sheet‑metal surfaces and suspension linkage geometries, please always refer to the 3D data we supply for exact mounting hole positions, interference checks, and wiring routes.
