The KL03 keeps all the reliability of its predecessor, but we completely re‑engineered the upper base plate and sliding mechanism to give operators greater freedom of movement. In the unlocked state, the upper base plate slides:
Forward: 80 mm
Backward: 96 mm
Step increment: 16 mm (total range 176 mm)
This means taller, shorter, or heavier operators can easily find their ideal driving position without compromising control or legroom.
We also enlarged and widened both the cushion and backrest – a direct response to field feedback from long‑hour tractor and forklift drivers. The new contour provides better weight distribution and lumbar support, while the black PVC cover resists dirt, moisture, and abrasion, making it easy to clean after a tough day in the field.
Full Adjustability for Every Operator
Beyond slide adjustment, the KL03 offers a complete set of ergonomic settings:
Backrest angle: forward 45°±5°, backward 85°±5° – ideal for both active working postures and short rests.
Mechanical suspension (J03.13, 12V): stroke of 90+10 mm at the highest level, effectively absorbing shocks from uneven terrain.
Weight adjustment: 50–130 kg – a simple rotary knob lets each user fine‑tune the suspension response for their own body weight.
